established customers to produce an electronics
cabinet, to their drawings. |

Process |
RJW
liaised closely with our Customer’s design
department regarding
drawings which had been submitted so as to iron
out any faults which may have occurred during production. |
| Programming/Punching |
| Each
item was programmed using our CAD/CAM system and
punched on our AMADA UK Limited EMZ3510NT Punching
machine. |
| Finishing |
| On
completion the item was sent for plating then painting. |
| Quality
Checking |
| Our
quality department monitored the production at all
stages. |
| Delivery |
| The
unit was delivered on time and accepted by our customer,
who thanked us for the attention to quality and
subsequently further orders were placed for this
item. |
