Being just off the A31 we are well situated for delivering throughout the UK with good access to London via the M3.
As you would expect we can pack any component to your requirements and also dispatch them with our own delivery vehicles or an agreed competitively priced courier.
So, whether your requirement is an initial prototype, an urgent small batch or a large production order, we can meet your needs.
Terms Of Delivery
Your delivery from RJW Sheet Metal Ltd will either be sent by one of our own dispatch vehicles or an equally viable and competent third party carrier. In both instances please make sure we are aware of any site access restrictions. Your delivery will take place as soon as the manufacturing process and all associated quality control checks are made, unfortunately due to the specialised nature of component manufacture and any road conditions out of our control, we are not always able to supply you with an accurate time for delivery.
Upon arrival, please make sure that all your goods are all present and intact. We make every effort to ensure your delivery is in perfect condition, however in the event that there is a problem and you see any potential or actual damages, or the packaging is damaged, please mark and sign the goods as ‘received damaged’ on the delivery note. We ask that you then contact us within two working days of your delivery issue. This enables us to promptly take action to remedy or manufacture replacements where necessary.
Any subsequent faults or damages found after your initial goods received inspection/s will need to be reported within 30 days to enquires@rjwsheetmetal.com or directly to the Sales Representative who dealt with your order.
Please be aware our discrepancy procedure may reasonably require that we be provided with pictures of damages, in order to enable our quality department to fully process your claim, these can be easily sent to us by post, e-mail or mobile phone.
