The organisational goals are that quality shall be inherent in the products and services supplied and that a policy of continuous improvement is maintained throughout the Company.
All policies and procedures relating to quality are authorised by the Directors and maintained by the Quality department. These policies and procedures are designed to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. They provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
Quality Objectives are not only communicated to the relevant individuals, each individual shall understand their own involvement. Objectives will be relevant, achievable and within a reasonable timescale. Objectives shall be prominently displayed.
The performance against these objectives will be reviewed on a regular basis and, where applicable, new targets set.
